We share news for our clients every day, but on THIS day, we are thrilled to announce that our very own Kristin Delia has been promoted to vice president.
Kristin joined Impact in January of 2018 and has risen through the agency ranks throughout her tenure, thanks to her hardworking nature, media relations savvy and keen ability to lead and mentor junior team members. In her role, she oversees prominent and long-term accounts, including working on behalf of a top-selling national beverage brand, several of the region’s key cultural destinations, prominent banking and real estate development companies, mission-based nonprofits and more. Prior to joining Impact, Delia worked at a Rockland County-based PR agency, where she served a variety of hospitality, tourism, food and beverage and lifestyle clients.
“It has been a joy to witness Kristin’s impressive growth since joining us more than four years ago,” said Filomena Fanelli, CEO and founder of Impact PR & Communications. “Her professionalism, ever-growing skill set, can-do attitude and dedication to clients and the team has helped our agency grow and thrive, even during challenging times. We’re grateful for her leadership and how she lives out our agency’s values in all she does.”
Kristin graduated magna cum laude from Niagara University’s College of Hospitality & Tourism with a degree in tourism and a concentration in event management. A lifelong Dutchess County, New York, resident, she has volunteered with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in the Hudson Valley, the National MS Society in Western New York and served for two years as communications co-chair for the Mid-Hudson Valley Association of Fundraising Professionals. She is a graduate of the Chamber Foundation’s Leadership Dutchess Class of 2019 and a proud recipient of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce Forty Under 40 award.
