July has been all about growth for the Impact team and our clients. From new hires to community development to market expansions, there has been ample news to share this month! Mid Hudson Construction Management (MHCM) was contracted by Birchwood Commons, to build out Lagrange, New York’s newest multifamily development. To announce the beginning of leasing efforts, Impact PR & Communications secured coverage in Real Estate Weekly, REBusiness Online and the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Member News, resulting in over 50,000 media impressions.
Tompkins Community Bank pledged $332,000 to Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program, demonstrating its continued commitment to youth educational programs. To celebrate this monumental occasion, the Impact team organized an exclusive with Independent Banker, which resulted in 3,000 media impressions alone.
Impact PR also had the opportunity to oversee Reynolds Asset Management’s entry into a new market. To announce the New Jersey-based company’s acquisition of a multifamily apartment complex in Cleveland, Ohio, the Impact PR team primarily targeted media outlets in the Midwest. As a result of the team’s media expertise, placements were secured in NEOtrans, Citybizlist, and ROI-NJ, to name a few, totaling more than 94,000 media impressions.
Returning to Impact’s Hudson Valley roots, we worked to announce Astor Services‘ expansion into Sullivan and Rockland Counties. As a result of the team’s ongoing pitching efforts, placements have been secured in Mid Hudson News, Northern Dutchess News, Hudson Valley Post, Hudson Valley Business Scene, and more, amassing over 7 million impressions.
