#MeetTheTeam: Impact Welcomes Jessica Perrone

In case you missed it, big things are happening at Impact! Just last week we welcomed our new Senior Account Executive, Jessica Perrone and today, we’re giving you the full scoop! Read on to get to know Jessica, who hails from the Garden State, a little better. 

How would you describe yourself in three words? 

Patient. Kind. Personable.

What are you most excited about in your new role at Impact? 

I am very excited to get to know the whole team and learn more about the clients Impact is working with, especially those in industries I haven’t had the chance to work much on in the past.  

Tell us one thing about yourself that would surprise us? 

This is more than one thing, but people are always surprised to learn I’m Columbian and can speak Spanish fluently. Also, since I have a career in PR, people would never expect that I’m also a licensed cosmetologist in New Jersey.

What is your favorite kind of food? 

Pasta for sure! 

Who is your role model and why? 

I definitely would have to say my mom. My father passed away when my brother and I were young and she raised us on her own with some help from her family that moved here from Colombia after his passing. Through it all she was able to raise us and start her own successful hair salon, which I also worked in as well before having children.  

What are your favorite Hudson Valley hotspots? 

Unfortunately, I haven’t had the chance to go to Hudson Valley often, just yet! I did visit Angry Orchard and Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery which were both beautiful. I will be visiting in October and am very excited to have the opportunity to explore some more.  

Favorite magazine or publication? 

I love flipping through Good Housekeeping and reading through the different varieties of articles and roundups. For more “newsy” topics, I tend to turn to outlets such as Yahoo, CNN, etc.  

What are you most looking forward to learning? 

I’m really excited to learn more about the Hudson Valley since I haven’t had much of a chance to explore there, as well as getting to know all of the clients I will be working with.
